At this year's HEALTHCON, our very own Dr. David Dunn issued the "Six Seconds Of Courage" challenge to everyone. The challenge? Introduce yourself to three people you don't know, one person each of the three days of the conference. Learn and experience from those three people. See what can happen!

Dr. Dunn's challenge ended up inspiring him in a way that lasted past the meeting, as he wrote about in the Healthcare Business Monthly's HEALTHCON Wrap Up: "Little did I realize that I would have an exceptional experience of my own. Nichole Rider, from Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., introduced herself to me that first day. From that point forward, she never ceased to impress and inspire me with her cheery disposition. Even now, long after conference, I still think of her and the importance of her message. My personal “Six Seconds of Courage” became a gift I’ll long remember."

The week after HEALTHCON, Dr. Dunn shared with all of us at ZHealth - "I spoke with Nichole daily and was amazed by her constant smile and happy personality. She is a remarkably inspirational person who lives life to its fullest. Her next challenge is adaptive sailing, with Nichole being the only person in the boat! She also hopes to create a sailing competition where she now lives (in Florida) for disabled sailors. Here is a link to a short video of her story."

Please take a few minutes to witness this true courage. We hope this inspires you as much as it inspired us!
